Here at NOLIA, we take pride in handcrafting each piece to order, just for you, so that we are able to make something truly special. Since we don't start creating until you've placed your personalized order, please account for the processing + shipping times when estimating the arrival date of your order. Add the current processing time and the shipping time that you've chosen to get your estimated arrival date.

PROCESSING TIMES

Our current processing time is 2-4 business days.

If you need your order by a specific date, you are welcome to include it within the notes during checkout and we will do our best to meet those dates. However, we cannot guarantee rush processing due to the complete handcrafted nature of the pieces. Thanks for your understanding!

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you didn't receive a shipping confirmation email after your estimated processing time passes, please feel free to contact us with your order number and we will send you the tracking info!

Route Shipping Protection
NOLIA Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages once your order has been shipped. We now offer ROUTE to cover your package once it leaves our studio. The option is available to add to your cart during checkout. If you choose to opt-out of Route, please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed orders. If you chose to opt-out and are having difficulties locating your package, please contact the carrier you chose during checkout (USPS or UPS) for further assistance.
